| No minimum order required. You may call, mail or fax your orders. We will call you to confirm receipt of all orders faxed or mailed to us. Regardless of the method used to place your order, you should receive a written order acknowledgment within 10 days. If you do not receive this confirmation in 10 days, please call us. Carefully review your order acknowledgment to ensure the accuracy of your order, and call us immediately if you discover an error. |

| For deliveries within the contiguous United States, UPS Ground shipping is free for orders of 12 or more items. For orders of 11 items or less, shipping is $7. Please call for an estimate on optional Air Shipment charges. Alaska and Hawaii must ship UPS 2nd Day Air, with shipping rates based upon weight of order. Costume orders cannot be combined with other Revolution products. |

A 25% deposit is due when costume order is placed, for all methods of payment except Purchase Orders from public education institutions. Purchase Orders are accepted only from public education institutions, and must be faxed or mailed. For all other methods of payment, the balance must be received in full prior to shipment of your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If prepaying by check, please mail your order with payment attached. Check-byphone payment (electronic check) is available for payment of initial deposit, for an additional $3 charge. |

| After the required 25% deposit is paid, your balance can also be paid by COD for an additional $8.50 charge. All COD costume orders must be paid by cashier’s check or money order. We do not accept electronic check payment for balance due. |

| Absolutely no returns on costumes. Costumes may be exchanged for sizing within 2 weeks of receiving your merchandise. Exchanges are considered new orders. There is a $5 fee per costume for exchanges. Call us to receive a return authorization number prior to exchanging, or the transaction cannot be completed. Exchanged costumes must be in brand new condition and contain all accessories and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. |

| If one of our products fails to meet our high-quality standards, we guarantee that we will repair or replace it at no additional charge. Due to the unique nature of our designs, we reserve the right to substitute similar fabrics and/or trims when necessary to complete your order. |

| Call us for costume shipping dates. Some costumes may be in stock and available immediately. If there is a delay on your order or we feel we may be unable to meet your date, we will contact you as soon as possible. In case of non-delivery by a specific date, Revolution Dancewear will reimburse our customers for money paid to us, but will not be liable for any additional damages. |
